    You could check you Demat account holdings by login into the back office SAMCO STAR. Once login, visit the portfolio section to view the shares in your demat account.

  2. How to Pledge / Unpledge shares for margin against shares with SAMCO?

    To pledge shares or unpledged them; visit the back office application SAMCO START. Once login, visit the portfolio section to choose the shares you would like to pledge / unpledge.

    The portfolio also shows if there are holdings which are pledged as collateral under column 'Margin / Collateral Holdings'.

    The collateral holdings can also be seen in the NEST Trader. Go to the menu option and click on 'View Order / Trade Reports' and select 'View Holdings/Collateral Values'.
