Income from Buyback is tax free. This is the reason TCS is regularly doing buyback. So that Tata Sons can get money from TCS through buyback without tax implications.

Yes You can tender share in minor account too. For Prostocks you have to mail there customer care email for tendering with script name and tender quantity details

IPO Chacha, just go to your broker website or app, there must be an option. Offer to buy or buyback, something similar. It is different for various brokers..

It depends on broker but generally it is charged as a normal share sell order would be charged..

This is my understanding.. anyone is free to add more information about this...

अगर आपके पास record date पे कोई TCS shares हो तो आप इस buyback मे टेंडर कर सकते हो। ई-मेल आना जरुरी नही हैं।।
