It is submitted for approval to the exchange on which the company is planning to bring SME IPO. This document has everything an investor needs to know about the company and its proposed IPO.

SME IPO Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) is a final version of prospectus document. It is a copy of DRHP but with more detail about IPO dates, price and latest financial data.
