  1. 1. Is it mandatory to open a 3-in-1 account with Yes Bank?

    Yes, it's mandatory to open a 3-in-1 account to trade and invest in the stock market with Yes Bank.

    You cannot use your existing bank account from another bank (i.e. ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank or SBI Bank) with Yes Securities trading account. In a similar way, you cannot use the demat account from other DP service provider.

     

  2. 2. I have a Yes Bank savings account. Do I need to open another bank account for trading?

    If you already have a saving account with yes bank, you don't have to open another bank account along with yes bank's 3-in-1 account. The existing saving account can easily be linked to your trading and demat account.

    In a similar way, if you have an existing demat account with YES Securities, you can continue using it by linking it with the new trading account.

     

  3. 3. Who can open a demat account with Yes Bank?

    An Individual (adult or minor), LLP, Private Limited Company, Trust, HUF, Institutional Investors, Foreign Institutional Investors (FII), Army/Government Bodies and Registered Society.

    Note that the account opening process, fees, demat charges ect. differs by the type of account.
