Stoxkart doesn't allow you to open only a demat account. You have to open both demat and the trading account with the company. The account can be opened online as well as offline.

Steps to Open a Demat Account in Stoxkart
To open an account offline, download the 'Demat & Trading Account Opening Form' from the company's website. Print, fill it and attach required documents. Courier it to the address mentioned in the form.
Stoxkart charges demat account maintenance charges or AMC for maintaining your demat with CDSL. The AMC is charged annually. Stoxkart demat AMC charges are Rs 300 per year. You have to pay the annual AMC charges irrespective of whether you have held any securities in the demat account or done any trading in that year.
