They are fraud and cheaters, I started to open an account, but realized I don't want to open now so leave it, now they daily call me to enter bank details to finish the process else I will get calls daily.

5 paisa is a fraud company so read carefully before opening an account here because there are so many hidden charges and they call you we don't charge extra instead of brokerage charges. you will be lost your money unsettled on this website. you would not know but your balance will be lost every month based on hidden charges and if your balance is null in this account then your balance will be minus every month and if you don't clear your balance then you don't close your account without clear your balance and you will be stuck in this account and if you help to ask 5 paisa support then they said, Clear your balance first then you can close your account. This is a hidden Terms & conditions of 5 paisa.

I can't log in to my account even though I have given the right password and dob...
This is so terrible..

Bad services. targets given by 5paisa reaserch team are wrost.only loot in this company.never use margin i loss my money arround 6 lakh in this company whenever I use margin facilities or research providing by them.hidden charges are many.

I found 5paisa the worst company ever, this company leaks clients details n number of trading calls will make u headake, heavy brokrage and taxes deduction on intraday, client will not get back money lost on intraday after hedging. Unusual trading dine by 3rd person

5 paisa is worst company don't ever open the account they are cheater they will eat your 20 plus 20rs all time even when your trade at the value of 100Rs they also don't train there employee ,as management has habbit of
terminating employee all the time as a result they hire new employee and before training them properly they make them work like dogs,at the end result dumb costumer service and back office service

Poor Customer service. Very rarely you get a solution to your problems through their response.

and 5paisa - after 10 days still pending

They don't have a proper customer’s solution they all works like robots,

They don't even know how to reply in emails to the customers,

So many other charges, if you take look at ledger you will find so many charges.

i close my account but 5 paisa credit my refund amount credit other bank account just not my own account and customer only timing 2 day wait 3 day wiat ,

my account is suspended since last monday,, i have done my kyc 2-3 times , everytime it was rejected on ground that docs was not clear... ... scanned docs are very much clear.. no one is responding properly .

I have applied nomination for my demat account and still broker is not adding my nomination

Worst customer support system. They are not provided simple information of KYC to activate my account. I sent KYC form and documents three times but they rejected with new reasons.

I didn't got money for September month 2021. & I will get 70 email every day and i will see all the 70 email but in daily report I am getting that I saw only 40/70 email. So please send me amount and solve the problem

Please don't try to download 5paisa . If you download they will start calling you through mobile.
So,my request is stay away from this company.

5 paisa is fraud company don't open here account hidden charges and unsettild value fake my money total gone .

I only use 5Paisa & Groww!

Very Faltu broker, 5paisa is fraud account funds do not show up when transacting, also pathetic service closed my Demat within a month.
