It is fraud company ,always gives misguiding information from their custmer care desk , all the times they change their statements, I am closing my accounts ,and reports to sebi. Yesterday. The reports to sebi as per the masseg, My accounts is in credit by Rs.3.67 , today it's showing in debit by about Rs 101, withoutany trade. Pl avoidthiscompany. Evenin credit in my accountsthey are not unplugging my MF.even many successful unplugged requisite.

Company chor hai jb request kiye ki mera ultrated package ka payment wapas kar dijiye ya activate kar dijiye tb nhi kiya aur jb mai es app se trade karna band kr diya fir chori se dubara activate kar diya aur 4900rs se uper fund mines me kr diye

Vary worst service, I kindly requesting to SEBI to take proper action

India number cheating trading app means that is 5 Paisa, they are controlling profit what ever able to earn, example i have booked nifty 17950 CE option, when CE 17800+ , it is reach 17920 my Unblock P/L showing Rs.812 loss , dear investors are you getting any logic, when i try to call call they received my call,but they kept on hold till trading closing time, once again are you getting logic.......

Advertisement is that you can open Demat account within 5 minutes. However the account is still not activated even after 48 hours. Please don't commit if you cant.

Actually i have faced mobile data network problem. Otherwise it is a good mobile trading app

the have charged very high rates of brokrage and annual and monthly Maintenace charges.
if you have holding on to that account you can't sell your shares, if you're not completed the unusual formalities asked by 5 paisa.
they always updated your KYC in 2- or 3-month without any reason.
very poor customer service.
it's a very large-scale scam.

I opend a new account with 5paisa.com and deposited 10000 to make trade next morning.Till last night balance was showin 10000 which I deposited but next morning when I logged in it was showing as zero balance for trading.I called customer care they directed me to send screenshot of my payment to support@5paisa.com.After sendin email with screenshot also they are not crediting my money back.

Customer service team do not pick calls, They get dropped. Website do not get updated during the market hours regularly. There is ticketing systems for the issues raised by the customers. We do not demo for the app, website and other trading activities.

worst broker. Many problems and no solution. I have transferred amount to mutual funds ledge before a week. I could not get the amount back. No option to transfer amount back to bank account. Even the transfer between segments did not work. Unpledging of mutual funds is not working. Even order when we placed, it will be different price than what you really put limit price. they will calculate average on all the lots placed individually even if you are executing together. Worst dont use 5paisa.

Worst very worst situation I had with 5Paisa share broking app last 18 months! During some peak situations their services got struck and thereby we loose money in trading. They never bothered about their customers grievances and rather showing more importance to deduct charges, auto square off and making money themselves. I strongly recommend that better to keep away from 5Paisa share trading app where customer problems never get resolved. ....Mohan M

Worst broker I had in my life. they have their hidden charges also they do securities transaction without client permission .And I have asked them to close the account after that they start to deduct the money. they are not going to close the account until if complaint is raised to CDSL against the 5paisa. It take me to close the account 2 years. and I still received retention statement from them which securuties transaction is done even after the account closed.

my remark is 5paisa is fraud broker

Without reading above feedback, I just opened account with 5 paisa. Without doing any transaction, they Just deducted 60rs and I raised to close my account with 5paisa today.

Better please stay away from them. not trust worthy people.

I too loose money of about 10000 in ADVIK Cap RE Shares. They did not shared my communication details to Advik CAP so I was not communicated for applying the Rights issues for my shares during that RE shares period. In return my RE shares got lapsed. They are telling that it is not their duty to communicate it. But the ADVIK and 5 Paisa had tied up to make people fools. They are not communicating with to solve this issue. Very worst service. Please don't trust 5 Paisa.
