5 Paisa customer service is worst. Customer care is like fish market. we can hear 2 or 3 people conversations clearly. Customer support in return will say that our mobile signal is bad that our voice is breaking. I will defenitley close my account. Useless service. I think people who gave good rate are all fake.

Really Worst service never open account in 5paisa. Now they have stopped showing BSE listed shares which are not in A or B category. I have written emails and called them but no response. I am struggling from last 10-15 days and still no response. They dont respond and dont even care for customer. Just use good brokers where your money is safe...Simply avoid and worst service...

very bad experiences. always do internal auxion...it means they cheating. cheating in internal auxion . if i ask for proof of bill they daily give new bogus reason. never reply grevience team.

The system and technology behind the broking services is very new and as result there are many technical glitches, there are no resolutions provided from the side of support team. The broker needs to invest more time and effort in their systems and processes before playing with real money of the investors out there.

Fake promises while account opening, Account opening fees Rs 650 not reversed in account as promised while opening the account. Customer support is silent and doesn''t response to your queries. Very slow response.

If we calling to customer care assistance it will take minimum 20 mints . App is on hangover. Less knowledge of operators

Customer service was very poor, very slow response time, its hold time was 30 minute. Stop loss and take profit feature both are not work together.

5Paisa has poorest customer support. Many times it keeps declining request without information.
Also you can not call customer care. No response from customer support at all. You get response only when you lodge complaint in SEBI and that too in one month time.

I opened account with 5paisa.com because of low brokerage offered, but after joining I found that the services provided by company are very poor.
The only number of customer services is always engaged and waiting time is 15-20 minutes, there is no relationship manager to solve problems and there is no other way to solve problems except mail which is never read and answered. Every time for any querry one has to wait in queue for operator to come on line and thereafter for every querry customer is put on hold and at the end after waiting for another 15 minutes he is told that the request has been sent to the concerned dept and will be informed on receipt of information. There is no redressal or grievances cell which reflects unprofessional attitude of company
There are descripinancies in holdings which deny an opportunity to trade at best price and time and resolving the problem through customer services is too cumbersome .
This happens often and It appears that these mistakes are either made deliberately or due to lack of knowledge or carelessness.
It has been a bad experience in dealing with 5paisa capital market.

i hate 5paisa... don''t go for it.. Reasons It''s not according to (5paisa Capital Limited )reputation... 1. not paperless account. as they mns 2. 30minutes customer waiting time. (minimum) 3. If you put money in the account, then it not the showing for trading. 4. after i account opened showing (-450rs). ..need lot of improvement... go for another one... 5Paisa is Worst ..Worst service.

5 Pisa is not for low budget investment,and short term investment,it''s useful for high range people mens customers can invest min above 20,000.So please small amount investars don''t brokrege with 5pisa capital Ltd.

The only way to contact the company is through single number of customer services which takes too long and cumbersome. There is no relationship manager or grievances cell to solve the problem. The emails sent to firm are not read and replied which reflects carelessness and unprofessional attitude of company.

Customer services is very bad, it takes time to speak with them. minimum 10 mins. For any thing about order then gone case.
