you have never sent any papers work stating terms and condition.The rep was very clear that it would be Rs 10 per transaction .On top of that you ask me to send my photo , Aadhar card , pan card and my signature on the blank page.

It clearly means that I have not signed any document and your representatives including the managers have copied my signature on the original papers.

You are doing fraud in the name of business and its enough to sue in Court.

Sir me 1 year se segment modification ke liye 5paisa customer care me bat kr rha hu mujhe hr bar naye tarike se form or 6 month ki bank details bhejne ka bolte h... Kabhi desktop se to kabhi registry se to kabhi salary slip se to kabhi Mobil se form bhejne ka bol rhe h.. Me hr bar wesa hi kr rha hu lekin aj tk modification nhi hua.. Kya kru mera paisa or time dono barbad go rha h... Ya to mera account band kr do ya modification kr... Do

While a/c open online ipv message occour,
When i call your team 5 to6 times answers that we arrange a call to IPV Cell but not received any call from your team , Pleae solve as early as possible.

I was open my account 15 days ago from today but till now my account is not open. I have call many times to customer care support But they don't reply properly. They told me that we will contact you as soon as possible but they don't do.
So very poor service of 5paisa. I just want to refund money of my account opening.

I have account opened of 5paisa .I have active swing trade subscription plan of misunderstanding .
I have not average money for this taken the swing subscription plan and investing .. so I request 5paisa, that they will do deactive this plan and refund my money but they are do not deactive this plan .
When team member calling me and active this plan then she isn't not inform any tearm and condition ..
They are told now that will be not deactive or canceled .
I have no proper money . So what am i doing taken this swing trader subscription plan .
Help me for deactived this plan and get refund my money .

Dont ever hold an account with 5paisa. Last Friday, I had a balance of INR 48,000+ & on Saturday, they initiated a credit of INR 11,069 to my bank account which I am yet to receive, as per the quarterly adjustments. Today my balance is showing INR 19,000 & the rest of money disappeared. When I called Customer Care, they are asking for screenshots for proof. In their app, it is showing I had INR 30,000 on 15-Mar-2019 whereas I had over INR 48,000. This is a big technical fault with their app. How do u ask your cust for screenshots? Secondly, they don't provide any credit limit. For eg, if I invest INR 10,000, it will show only INR 10,000 while purchasing any stock and not a single penny increase in the limit. Now they are claiming they have provided credit limit. Pathetic service. This issue not only happened with me but also with my few friends who are also using 5paisa accounts.

third class service provided by this site i request no one can login this site i have complain about my portfolio blocking but near about 1 month goes no one help me no phone call received. customer care service is very poor they dont know about intraday or delivery margin how they help us. if i request to arrange to call their senior officer they hold me about 15 min after that they told we solve the problem they but cant talk to me to their senior officer its really bad experience to me
