my money was blocked due to kyc updation they required every year whatever you sent they will reject finally got updated after so many follow ups and mails return a complaint to SEBI finally i got my money public dont open a account and also if you call customer care they will charge Rs.100 per call its worst broker

Mine also same problem. In pan card I have initial with my name and all other documents as well but in pan data they have Surname instead of initial because they won't accept initial in their database.. Because of that 5paisa rejecting my derivative and I couldn't withdraw my money.. Can you please help me how to get it back

The same issue I'm facing now. Due to KYC update, my account got inactive for more than one week . and still I'm following up with them.
