How long does it take to get PAN Card?

Hello sir, i have applied for pan online and paid through net banking.As aadhaar authentication failed online i was instructed to forward documents physically.i sent it through speedpost and it got delivered to nsdl.my acknowledgement number is 881031119727695 but while trying to track it shows ''''we have not yet received ur supportive documents as soon as possible.kindly clarify this and why this is happening :(

After 2d i went to cheek status it shows
