Can a student get a PAN Card having age of 15 years old?

Yes, a student can get a PAN Card having age of 15 years. But as one is minor, the proof of identity and proof of address of either parent would be required to be submitted along with the PAN Card application.

The application should also be signed by the parent whose documents have been submitted. The signature of the parent would be printed on the PAN Card.

Photograph and date of Birth proof of the minor child would also be required.

Though photograph of minor is required at the time of applying for PAN Card, the actual PAN Card for Minor doesn’t have the photo of minor applicant printed on it.
