Please tell me in how many days verification will be finished and when I can expect my PAN no. / PAN Card. It is already very delay in my application.

I talked from NSDL Customer care many times regarding my PAN Application document. I already sent date of birth proof (Matriculation Certificate) by email (28 Feb, 01st - 03 Mar 2017) and physical hard copy (06th Mar 2017) to the Pune office but Customer care has no records, they received or not? Please check and confirm my matriculation certificate copy received or not? Please don''t delay.
