• A regular Account opening form will be required to be filled by the parent or guardian with the Minor being the first holder and the Parent/Guardian as a Joint Holder.

• The signature will be of the Parent/Guardian for account operations.

• The Parent/Guardians photograph is required, while depending upon the Bank; the Minor’s photograph may or may not be required.
