Do I have to apply for 'change in residential address' if I moved to new place?

There is no need to apply for change in residential address in PAN Card. PAN Card doesn’t carry your address.

But if you want to update your address in Income Tax Department Database then you have to submit your new address proof with other required proof which you already submitted earlier with Change/Correction Form.
