My PAN Card was posted to my residence. But since I was not there, it returned. Whom should I contact?

If any PAN Card is returned back undelivered and it was not delivered to the applicant, the applicant should make request to NSDL / UTI for resending the PAN Card.

Follow the steps:

Visit https://www.tin-nsdl.com
Go to ‘Customer Care’
Go to ‘Complaints/Queries’
Fill the form under Queries and submit it.

You can also visit your local NSDL facility. Check the below link to find an office near you:

I haven't received my pancard but courier people say it's delivered, I am sure because I am at home 27/7/365.please help me get my courier, it's embarrassing HARRASING, mental torturing. As no one picking the call at office....
