I noticed that they received them on 31-01-2017 . But when I watch the status it is showing that " We have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your PAN application. I applied for corrections in my pan card for name change on the month of november 2016. on 29 th november they have updated my acknowledgement status as they need gazette copy for name change. so i sent tamilnadu gazette copy indicating my name change. then again they mailed to me that they need gazetted officer signature. with all documents i sent mail to nsdl on jan 9th and sent by speed post on jan 30. till now i dint receive any mail or change in my status.

i dont know when i will receive my pan card. daily am checking the status and my mail id. am not able to contact this no 020-27218080.always busy. is there any other contact no to contact nsdl.

have applied for PAN card through adhar based e-sign facility. I have recieced my PAN number BCRPT9599M from
Income Tax PAN service unit but when I check the status of my PAN online on nsdl status checking site it shows me the following message ->
"We have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your PAN application. Kindly submit the requisite documents to NSDL to enable us to process your PAN application at the earliest. even when I have already send the documents the very next day after applying for the same via speed post. I want to know the exact position of my PAN wether it has not been actualy processed or it has been processed but showing me wrong message when i search its status online.
