I like the service of customer satisfaction through chatbox facility and also calling facility the best thing it is. And app is user friendly. All over I loved it.
Upstox has been deducting my money every other day, they sms a different bill amount and would charge different, create a bill for different amount.
Customer service is useless. No body cares. They offer Flipkart voucher and Free account to attract customers. Later they would charge you AMC and won't give Flipkart voucher. They would say they're Backed by Ratan Tata, but nobody will help you when they loot your money. Stay away from Upstox.

Excellent service. I am very satisfied with Upstox service. They opened my Demat account within 24 hrs whereas sone other broker failed to open demat account within 2 weeks. Thanks Upstox. The mobile app is too good. Somehow I feel the app is complete.
I opened an account with Upstox a month ago and so far it has very good with brokerage services and reporting every day and the charges are applicable as said.No hidden charges are charged except in the delivery section you need pay 18.5+ GST which is DP charge not shown in Brokerage Calculator of Upstox. Overall It has been a good experience with the broker. A decent broker to be Honest. Thank You.

What is the margin required for option selling in upstox both intraday or position suppos i want to short sell a option whose premium is 4 rs and lot size is 5000 how much margin required to short sell this option in delivery
I Sourendra Kumar Dey CL 144095 . Opened my new demat account just fifteen days ago and requested for link with my existing trading account with submitted necessary forms also requested to enable NSE , BSE cash segment trading facility . But 15 days over my account not enabled with NSE BSE cash segment . Repeatedly requested upstox team and send mail but no response from their side. I think very worst broker in the industry. I realy disapointed with this broker. Dont go with this broker as their sevice is worst . They are only hunting for new client not for old client.

The brokerage fees and charges are good and really competitive, their mobile app is also good. The problem is their web trading platform which is quite difficult for first timers, also though the customer service agents are polite you have to explain them everything twice. Other than that they are good.

Guys i am leaving this platform as i am having the worst experience. My share are not reflecting in my portfolio and the customer care team is not even replying properly. It will be resolve soon is their universal statement. No one is taking accountability for your money. customer care Phone no is busy since 12 hours. Its one of the biggest scam of 2019. Dont Trust this application

In mobile app you can not sort the holding alphabetically to know the scripts quickly. I use mostly with Upstoxs Pro there are major following concerns (these are simple requirements for any stock investor): 1. To sign out you can not scroll-down. 2. In holding any corporate action like bonus shares issued, only quantity will be updated but the holding price remain as it is, which will show your holding in loss. (Raised my complaints but no response). It is simple arrangement to be made in upstox database but they don't have team to do it. 3. It will never updated the holding on time. 4. Before buying you need to check holdings quantity sorted either increasing or decreasing order which is not possible. It will show 1 first than 10, than 100, and next you will see 2, 20, 200. Ideally it shall display 1, 2, 20, 100 and than 200. 4, referral program is horrible, i refereed three friends one they diluted by not asking referral code, one account opening delayed more than 3 months, one account opening is still pending. Today i realized that i have made mistake by shifting my account with Upstox.

Don't choose upstox ever Below is the problem in their site 1. as they claim they didn't provide proper levrage on each stocks 2. Backoffice website is very old like developed in 1950's very poor in kind of reporting shows for IT purpose 3. their website is hanged on first load 4. we have to move to many menus to exit from currrent position in between either small trader fall into loss or go with less profit.
i use mobile app for trading n its good, brokerage also great, i hav only 1 problem that they dont show proper profit and loss if u transfer shares from other dmat account and also if u get shares alloted from any IPO, i had complained about this 10 months ago but still no proper arrangement done from upstox.
Guys, don't try to open account with upstox, they will take first account opening charges, then they will harass to open an account, afterthat you will leave Rs. 531/- amount.
Basically they are not earning with brokerage, they are earning with eat you account opening charges.
So be careful with this type of thief.

If any issue happen then pray to God, he will come and help but not Upstox customer care. They don't care that you are loosing trading for days and won't easily resolve your issue.
Specially stock trading and in API support. No escalation route available so can't speed up the process and just be at their mercy.

They are nothing but cheats. They have taken my money and have flown away. They are nothing but scoundrels. they have caused immense stress to me. Never have any sort of relationship with them
No tips & portfolio management, due to their system problems you will definitely bear losses very often, you will not be getting refund & support or resolution of any kind

Dont open account in upstox, for there cheap brokrage always software problem you are not even able to exit your positions honestly, find another brokere but not upstox. they cheat you always.

because they have new technology and charting tools. customers servings is average but satisfactory the customers who not know market psychology will always blame there broker
