They are nothing but cheats. They have taken my money and have flown away. They are nothing but scoundrels. they have caused immense stress to me. Never have any sort of relationship with them
No tips & portfolio management, due to their system problems you will definitely bear losses very often, you will not be getting refund & support or resolution of any kind

Dont open account in upstox, for there cheap brokrage always software problem you are not even able to exit your positions honestly, find another brokere but not upstox. they cheat you always.

because they have new technology and charting tools. customers servings is average but satisfactory the customers who not know market psychology will always blame there broker
Its customer support is pathetic infact one can consider it as completely non existant. For any problem every time a new executive would attend the problem and the entire thing has to be explained to them again and again. They won't go back through the trailing mail, same executive will not attend the problem again and they are completely determined to frustrate you and not provide any solution, no matter how serious the problem is.
Their knowledge about the market, rules, backoffice etc is very very poor. Frequently shares that you hold will not be visible in the trading platform, shares in the holding will not bear any name, entries not pertaining to you will reflect in your summary details.
Its good only for just trading, but if you ever face any problem or need any clarification zero support is available.

Hi Chandan, It seems you are ignoring the taxes and demat transaction changes. Note that there are number of taxes on the trades. There taxes are explained in a table above. Every broker charge them.
1. Check the contact note you received from upstox.
2. Check the example from Zerodha by clicking below link as they offer similar pricing mode. This will help you understand how it works.
They keep cancel the orders often with a reasons either "server not ready or mid day reconciliation" although they will not inform you reaso they cancelled the orders. I faced twice resulted loss of R's. 7000/- bucks when I approached their customer care they says they are not able to refund.
I could have made profit of R's. 1000 if they didn't cancel my order.
They aren't even addressed my queries why did they cancel my order without intimation.
Don't open account with them, if you open you may face problems hence there is no issue from your end.
customer service is very poor....they dont know anything....also whenever u call it just tell ALL OUR EXECUTIVE ARE BUSY.....and after 4 min its says sorry we could not connect your call...pls try later....

Unauthorized debits and NO REFUND, debit for FREEDOM PLAN which does not exist as per company policy 2018, but NO REFUND. Cust. ID 220133
Doubtful one day all my capital would be debited without my permission and simple answer would be NO REFUND.

Simply Extremely poor, you should stay away from this broker, lot of risk, due to their mistakes, they won't admit and argue a lot won't answer your valid queries.
Dont have negative point otherwise I will give that to upstox, I never seen in my life worst service like this. No coordination in staff, no proper answer giving customer care. Overall feddup with this. If anyone want more details I will share chat and recording details with customer care how worst they are.

The customer service is pathetic. They donot provide solution to any problem and for any issues you will keep chasing the customer care without any support. I am using upstox for more than 1 year with 6 accounts of my family and friends.

They have one size and if that does not fit you, the only option that they give you is walk away. Once they acquire your account they hold you for on ransom. They know that you will have to pay DEMAT charges for moving scrips and accounting becomes a nightmare to handle in middle of a tax year. Their customer service are the most arrogant amongst all the brokerages in the world that I have dealt with. Some fancy venture investments have made them very arrogant and I now repent opening my account with them.

They opened my account over one call, now I am waiting to close my account from last month have sent documents twice and more than 100 emails and so many calls still waiting to close the account

worst broker i have seen. mobile app not works properly. no proper support of your issues. They all are busy on trading during trading hour. Trading platform having lot of issues
Worst experience with the customer care. They will not give accurate information. Agent to agent will be the different information. They will delay in actions. I requested future option in my account. they took one week time till now it was not activated.

How can one understand account opening with Upstox requires less time.? I started account opening on 20.02.2018. Still no response. Are upstox team really capable to provide services? .
