Algo Trading is one of the key USP of the company. It offers a robust algo trading platform with fully automated and chart-based trading features.

Research & Advisory is another key offering of the stock broker. The company's dedicated research team publishes reports on companies, industry sectors, and IPOs etc. Free stock tips, daily reports and news alerts are other research-based services offered by the company.

Indira Securities offers Margin Exposure/Leverage facility on trading. On Equity Intraday trades, it offers up to 10 times leverage funding based upon the category of stocks.

The company offers several trading features like chart based Good Till Cancelled, After Market Orders and Bracket Orders (BO) to its customers.

Customers can trade offline with the help of dealers. They can also avail of various services in the branch offices. Indira Securities has a Pan India presence in hundreds of business locations through its branches, and business partners, etc.

Indira Securities also has an online mutual fund platform (MF Planet). Customers can buy mutual funds online at zero fees in the MF Planet. The platform also features Robo Advisory, an algorithm-driven recommendation tool. It recommends Mutual Fund schemes to the investors based on their goals, risk profile and fund performance.

Account Types

Indira Securities offers 2 types of accounts to suit the varied needs of the traders:

  1. Traditional Plan

    It is a percentage-based brokerage plan wherein you are charged a predetermined percentage of the trade value as the brokerage fee. The traditional plan comes with other services like free research & advisory, access to trading platforms etc.

  2. Discount Brokerage Plan

    It is a flat-fee brokerage plan wherein you are charged Rs 20 per trade across all segments. The discount brokerage plans are not available to customers located in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh.

1. Account Opening Fees & Demat AMC

Indira Securities offers free account opening for trading and demat accounts. The Indira Securities Demat Account Annual Maintenance Charges is Rs 450 per year. The demat AMC is free for the first year.

2. Indira Securities Discount Brokerage Plan

Indira Securities Discount Brokerage Plan is a flat-rate brokerage plan offered to online customers (except in MP and Rajasthan). They charge flat Rs 20 per executed order for trading in equity delivery, intraday and F&O. The same brokerage is charged for trading in currency and commodity derivatives. This plan comes with online trading, free research, free call & trade, relationship manager and Rs 0 auto square-off charges.

    Indira Securities offers online trading at flat Rs 20 per trade in equity delivery, intraday and F&O, Currency and Commodity. The brokerage in the traditional plan is 0.10% for delivery, 0.01% for Intraday and Futures and Rs 25 per lot (both sides) for options.

    The Call & Trade facility is free for all the customers including online trading customers under discount brokerage plan.

    Indira Securities charges flat 0.010% (Min Rs 10) demat debit transaction fee and Rs 450 demat account AMC.

    Yes, Indira Securities offers online IPO application services to resident Indians (using UPI as the payment gateway). Indira Securities customers can apply for IPOs online using the IPO application provided by the broker.

    2. Click on 'IPO' in the top navigation bar in blue color.
    3. Enter your client code or log in as a guest.
    4. Choose the IPO you want to apply from the list

    • Your IPO application is not complete till you approve the payment request on your UPI app.
    • Sometime, it may take up to 4 hours to receive the UPI payment mandate.

    Indira Securities customers can apply for IPOs online in 2 ways; using Indira Securities IPO application (UPI based) and through ASBA using the net-banking facility.

    Steps to apply IPO in Indira Securities using UPI

    2. Go to the 'IPO' section.
    3. Enter your client ID or log in as a guest.
    4. Select the desired IPO from the list
    5. Enter your UPI ID
    6. Enter bid details like price, quantity, etc.
    7. Click Submit

    Indira Securities customers can also apply in an IPO online through the ASBA net banking facility of their banks and get the stocks credited in their demat account.

    Steps to apply IPO using Indira Securities Demat and Net-banking

    1. Log in to your bank's net-banking account.
    2. Go to the IPO section.
    3. Select the desired IPO.
    4. Enter IPO bid details.
    5. Enter your Indira Securities demat account details.
    6. Review and Submit.

    In the ASBA net banking IPO application, the investment amount is locked in your bank account until the shares are allotted. You cannot withdraw the money. The money is debited if you get allotment else it is released. The IPO shares if allotted will be credited to your Indira Securities demat account.
