I was having some problem ,they have taken some time but rectified it.Even if market live is not available speed is good.
above all they wont steal ur shares.like the recently reported cases

large scope of improvement but reliable.
If any hdfc guy is reading,i hope they will improve visuals and add graphs. And for applying for mf.u have to fill a form in branch and activate this fascility.(not in hdfcsec but net banking)

Honest feedback(Having A/c since 1.5 years):
1>No real time Quotes
2>High charges comparision with others
3>Toll free Phone Trading is congested
4>No "After Market Hour" ordering facility
5>Site is slow,Takes much time to place order
6>Session expires in very short time duration
7>Frequently asking to change password
8>Not at all user friendly site as its terminology is very difficult for beginners
->In short HDFC is not able to serve its customer satisfactorily.
->They have very large scope to improve.

HDFCSEC is the unintelligent or brainless site, because once i received divided of x company and the same amount is deducted on the same day.

I do not know the reason, and customer care is unable to answer.

Always opt for an online brokerage house that provides application based software to their retail clients. Because software is very convinient for fund transfer, fast for trade executation

I am a senior citizen and wanted to invest in MF. Even after a month's time it is not possible to invest because of improper guidance. The site is confusing. Market details are not given. It is not a good on-line trading site.

HDFCs customer service sucks. I could not apply to the Maytas IPO because they has a maintenace scheduled for 5 days baout which the customers were not informed beforehand. All I got back from them was - sorry for the inconveninece. Maytas is trading at double the issue price. who can compensate for the lost opportunity.

It is very good site for online trading. It has all the features required for online trading. The best part is that it is very safe compare to any other broker like icici direct or sharekhan. Use this if you want your investment to be safe. I am using it since one & half year and not a single problem faced any time...

I think the HDFC should stop its online trading business. It is useless system. It don't give the market display which today all companies are offering. It is quite slow.

trade.hdfcsec is the worst trading site I have ever seen.Never ever one should do trading using HDFC.They provide worst services. No portfolio and trading history is maintained in the trading site.I just dont understand why dont they update their site like from ICICI direct.com.Nobody will attend to your calls.Once they messed up things when I bought 30 hindalco shares.I got a call from them the shares could not be purchased and could not be alloted and the worst part I sold the shares which were never alloted to me.They have 1000 of diff section buying ,selling ,demat ,trading and blah blah blah and one section is not aware of other section why cant they merge into one and make things easy for customers.I curse the day I opened my account with day.Although ICICI direct.com is little expensive but its really worth it.
