I have been with HDFC securities since last one year. Service is sincere and Security level is very excellent. For investor service is good if you are a trador thinking to online trade with HDFC be away, since the online phone terminals not updated technology. But as for Security level concerned with web portal is much better. I experienced trade settlements very fast and ipo order execution is also much better.

Hi,
Today I have relieved that I have put my HDFC online trading & demat account for closure and soon I will get rid of it. I tell you, it was just a pathetic experience with HDFC online trading acct. Have any tried their customer service number. Just try it out and you will notice a fabulous thing. When you dial that toll-free number it will say that "number is busy, please try after some time". Does anyone would agree or have encountered a situation like this where in a toll-free number would say "number is busy". Anyways !! this is just one example of it I have posted. My appeal to people is that do not go ahead with online trading account of hdfc. If you have to open only demat, then I am not sure how good is the service.
Thanks
Rajeev

I was approcheded by Hdfc people nearly everyday for openning an account and fix deposits. After doing both the things and opening the demat account also Iam not able to do online trading. Here after the staff of hdfc has never shown their face in order to give me technical advice despite my several visits to their office, telephonic conversation now I am told to close my account and takeut my fix deposits. These people have put me on tender hook. flate it has come to my notice that these people are charging high brokerage compared to their counter parts with a very poor after sales response or rather no response. Its my appeal to the people to kindly have a detail look before opening an account. Do not be guillable as me.

Hi, I have opened a HDFC trading account few months back. Its a pathetic account if I compare with my Sharekhan & ICICI Direct accounts. Customer service is really poor. I am going to close this account very soon. What I suggest is that ICICI direct, although costlier than others, have the best services in place. But just because too many people are opening ICICI Direct account, they are not able to handle the incoming number of customers. Even Sharekhan is also ok.

I'm not satisfied with HDFC. The customer care people are dumbo. The support is pathetic. It took 4 months to open the demat and trading account. Recently they have increased the minimum brokerage to be Rs25 or 0.4 % fr delivery based. I'm thinking of changing from HDFC to some thing better. Can any one suggest me .

Hi, My name is Ramandeep Singh, I had requested for opening a Dmat acount more than a month ago, I received online trading password two weeks back but have not yet received the welcome kit. I have been trying to get in touch with someone for many days but no use. I wrote many emails but replies received from customer service dept is just crap. Imagine how frustrating can it be if someone doesnt receive the full information about the account for more than a month. I have decided not to transact with them. They have lost the faith.I fail to understant that why the customer service phone number is always busy
