Beeline Broking Ltd is an online Discount Stock Broker. Beeline offers trading & investment at BSE, NSE, MCX and NCDEX exchanges. Beeline offers investment across segments including Equity, Derivative, Currency Derivatives, Commodity and Insurance.

Beeline is the only broker in India who offers both Traditional Brokerage Plans as well as Discount Brokerage Plan. These plans are available in segments including Equities F&O, Currency F&O and MCX Futures. The brokerage is charged ₹18 per executed order in Discount Brokerage Plan and as per margin in traditional brokerage plan for Equity Delivery and Intraday segments.

Beeline, an Ahmadabad Gujrat based broker started offering brokerage services in year 2015. Company is registered member of SEBI and Stock Exchanges. Beeline offers commodity trading through a group company Beeline Commodities Pvt Ltd which is member of MCX and NCDEX.

Beeline is promoted by Mr.Vanesh Panchal, Mr.Pradeep Sandhir and Mrs. Khushbu Shah. Beeline has offices in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar in Gujrat.

Beeline offers NSE NOW and ODIN trading platforms. The trading applications include install-able trading terminal, browser based trading website and mobile trading app.

Beeline Charge / Fee Structure:

  • STT: Charged only on the sell side for intraday and F&O trades. It is charged on both sides for delivery trades in equity segment.
  • Goods and Services Tax (GST): This is charged at 18% of the total cost of brokerage plus transaction charges.
  • SEBI Charges: This is charged at ₹5 per Crore.

Other Charges (Beeline Hidden Fees):

  1. Call & Trade: ₹20 per order extra fee.
  2. Physical Contract Note: ₹20 per contract.
  3. Software uses charges: My Armour trading terminal (exe based) for ₹100 Per Segment Per Month. NSE Now when using segment other than all NSE Segments for ₹150 Per Month.
  4. DP transaction charges for delivery based equity selling - ₹15 per transaction + depository charges.

Beeline Trading Software

Beeline Broking offers 2 trading platforms:

  1. NSE Now

    NEAT ON WEB (NOW) is a trading platform offered by NSE for online stock trading at NSE and BSE. The software is hosed at NSE datacenters and offer fast execution of orders. NSE NOW is available as trading terminal (EXE version), Trading Website and a Mobile app for Android and iOS.

    Beeline offers NSE Now trading platform for free of charge for trading at NSE.

  2. ODIN (My Armour)

    Beeline also provide ODIN desktop install-able trading terminal trading terminal. Beeline charges ₹100 per segment per month software uses fee when using ODIN install-able trading terminal.

  1. Software uses charges ₹150 per segment per month when using ODIN installable trading terminal. ₹150 per month charge when trading at BSE using NSE NOW. This is unlike almost all other discount broker who offers free trading software.
  2. Call & Trade at additional ₹20 per trade.
  3. Online IPO and Mutual Funds are not available.
  4. Beeline doesn't offer 3-in-1 account as it doesn't offer banking services.
  5. Beeline doesn't have branch offices, franchise or sub brokers except office in Ahmedabad.

Beeline Referral Program

Beeline referral program offers cash reward for people you refer to them. Beeline pays 10% of brokerage generated by the client you refereed and 5% of the brokerage generated by the client refereed by the client you refereed (2nd level client).

Example:

Mr. Ankit >> Mr. Bipin >> Mr. Chirag

Let's say Mr. Ankit refereed Mr. Bipin and Mr. Bipin refereed Mr. Chirag. Also let's assume that Mr. Bipin generated brokerage of ₹1000 and Mr. Chirag generated brokerage of ₹800 in a month.

Mr. Ankit will receive (1000*10%) + (800*5%), which is ₹140 as referral.
