Very poor customer service. Holdings not showing . Target already hit, but not able to sell my holdings. Itnay cost heavy loss to customer because of market volatility. I will go to zerodha now.

Don't go for zerodha they r worst than upstox

I AM A CLIENT OF UPSTOX WITH CLIENT ID 6450 ..... SINCE LAST TWO YEARS. MAIN DISADVANTAGE OF UPSTOX IS THEY USE TO LOCK YOUR SELLING OPTION AT 1512 HRS INSTEAD OF 1515 HRS WHILE YOU TRY TO SELL YOUR STOCKS AT MAIN CLOSING PICK HRS WHEN YOUR STOCK PRICE IS MOVING HIGH. LATER THEY HAVE SELL YOUR STOCK FROM THEIR END ON OR AFTER 1515 HRS WHEN STOCK PRICE IS COMING DOWN DRASTICALLY (WITH IN THIS THREE MINUTES FROM 1512-1515 HRS.)CAUSING GREAT LOSE TO US. IT REVEALED THAT UPSTOX IS HAVING SECRET DEAL WITH THE CONCERN STOCK BROKERAGE AND WAITING TO TAKE THE OPPORTUNITY FOR CHEATING THE INOCENT CUSTOMER BY BLOCKING THEIR SELLING OPTION AT 1512 HRS EVEN THREE MINUTES BEFORE THE SCHEDULE TIME OF 1515 HRS. UPSTOX HAS TO CHANGE THEIR THIS KIND OF DIRTY PRACTICE INFUTURE.

Slightly high AM fee. once in thousand time app not responding. I am using UPSTOX since July 20 and one day in sep my app hangs and i was not able to cancel my Intra-day buy order but at end of that day that order give me some profit. My overall experience is excelent. No i am buying MF through Upstox which is also very simple.

Very poor service from upstox. I raised a simple request to provide me stamped and signed copy of CMR but its now 4 days but no response despite no. of follow ups.

Customer service is very bad and irresponsible

I am satisfied by upstox services as overall but his customer care services are not very well

Illiterate and dormant customer care executives.

Not a fan. Probably good for traders, but very poor for long term investors

Very poor customer service. No response and no updates. Google and online videos will provide more support than UPSTOX customer service.

There RMS will decide which shares should be permitted to be traded and Which not.... against 100% margin and delivery still you cannot trade your choice shares.... Your approach will go into deaf ears.

Will be suggested to open new account with some other broker for your scripts, my current Scripts restricted i.e. JETAIRWAYS adn JA/YKAY SYNTHETICS.

And sweet answer is we are trying to protect you....

THE WORST BROKERAGE FIRM IN INDIA, WITH VERY POOR TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES. YOU SHOULD REMOVE THIS FIRM FROM YOUR WEB

The most disliked part of their service is customer support. other things are good except the Offer For Sale service.

Even after T+2 day share won't displayed in demat segment (but it's transferred it my demat as per the mail from csdl) to won't update data soon:(

Very poor service. They place the order by themselves without intimating the customer and those orders goes in loss and that loss to be beared by customer.
Customer service is worst. You'll not get any proper resolution to your query. They simply close the tickets without solution.

Upstox is really bad, poor customer service and they don't respond to emails/ tickets raised. Basic service like prividing contract notes on a daily basis is not done. Employees at customer service are not aware of the process. Stay away.

Third class, Hopeless, unethical, Dumb and shameless customer services. Upstox is the worst.
