Worst company.fraud company.i lost 9k rupees because of negligence and unresponse from company.they dont respind timely.and always hanging app.no real time prices.they will block from selling and lastly said apologies in meantime you will loss total money

Very poor platform they not alowed BO Co order margin only 5 times when account open they committed 20 times as per latest SEBI guide line no pledge equity margin available brockerage charges for equity change without intimation from 0.01% minimum to 20/- Rs intraday so my advice do not open account

I QUIT OUT OFF UPSTOX AND NOW USING ZERODHA, MY PROFIT DRASTICALLY INCREASED.
UPSTOX SQUARE OFF TIME IS 3 PM. BUT ZERODHA 3.20
MY STOP LOSS IS ALWAYS HUNTED BY UPSTOX

After the recent crash in Upstox Server/Network ,they blocked CO /OCO orders indefinitely . It causes problems for working class who is taking Intraday trades . With out this order types we can not set Stop loss and Target . When complaint they are telling that due volatility of market RMS teams blocked the orders , never ever recommend Upstox for anyone

worst chart i nave never seen like this in my life, i am a scalper really this platform is useless. i usually trade at first 5 min when the market is opened at 9.15am other charts are showing red candle only in this platform charts shows green colour .. so i took wrong trade and loosed ... really i felt bad about this upstox platform. pls do not use this platform for scalping its worst experience for me. i am saying true if u need to check that chart check BN chart 08.01.2021 chart 9.15 am candle its is big green colour candle. but check in other platform its red candle only... really useless one.

Yes exactly , I am also facing this problem . The price levels are not updating between 9 am to 9.15 am during pre-market sessions . When I complaint they advised me to clear the casch of the computer. The interesting thing is ZERODA platform in the next tab of the same browser is updating the prices properly . I had taken the screen shots of both the platforms , however they are repeating the same statement . For scalpping never ever use Upstox platform and if possible better avoid Upstox for Intraday trading .

there app crashed on budget day ... i could not cut my trades and suffered losses. wont recommend upstox to anyone

Due to not able to login in upstox account app as well website. Anyone has did complaint to cdsl/nsdl/sebi/bse/nse for that?

One of the worst customer service and there app wont work at crucial times. Customer service is worst I ever seen

my 10k profit went in to 3k loss finallty due to upstox was down when i was supposed to book mt profit.customer care was continuesly busy busy busy

they are playing with our money.. being in such a high sensitive sector of stock brokerage dont they have basic sense that they will be playing with our money

Worst customer service and worst platform. Hiding in Covid 19 excuse. For last 2.5months I have been unable place AMO sell orders as mine was new account and I did courier physical POA to their Mumbai office. Their support team is unavailable since lockdown in mid March. They have put block on several securities while I am able to easily trade in same scrips on ICICIdirect platform. Further, it give repeated errors while placing orders on Upstox for several hours at times and you are not able sell at your desired price. I will strongly advise to go with other brokerages and avoid upstox.

Upstox is the worst broker among all the stock broker.
The buying price of the holdings is always showing wrong value even more than actual cost.they are simply cheating customer monkey.

They are providing 3 in 1 account with Indus bank now.
But i would like to know if clearing charges will be charged on futures daily MTM?

I have been paid the amount to open an upstox partner account on 22nd August and till today there is no updates regarding this.
The executive who called me and asked to do payment for account activation his name is Ajay, he said me that account Will be activated 3-4 working days but till today there is no update.
When ever I ask to him I get the same answer as I will get a call from concerned Dept and account Will be activated.

I need a call back regarding my activation of account or refund my payment.

Upstox App stopped working after placed order often.. Due this had losses..

Worst customer care I want to place a request for holding transfer but they don't care about your query. It's looks like zerodha in terms of price but worst service and customer support. I am going to close my account.

Idiotic customer service they don't even help in closing account and ask same details again and again. They don't even know how to find payment from bank account. Inspite of giving sufficient details they will be asking some or the other thing which us completely useless. I have already provided the transaction details with payment receipt and bank account number but now they want screen shot of debit message , I don't keep old messages in my phone and obviously no one does. Rather they can give me their bank statement I'll only search and give the payment transaction instead of wasting time in replying to their queries.

Upstox is the worst brokerage.I want to close demat account and shared/couriered all the docs and also they are not closing the account from the last 5months.
