I am a new user, I don't know which would be the best broker app for me, so anyone can tell me is this new kotak securities exchanges will be worth it to do stock market?? If not then whats the best platform? Need reply !!

Many people put negative comments here, but after I change to free trade plan, there is no much charges. new mobile application is much better than previous. I am giving 7/10

I have demat account in kotak securities and sufficient balance in my saving account still can't do trading when I want to showing system error and after giving complaints also since Tuesday issue is not solved. I

keeps crashing, or doesnt send the OTP on email...especially during heavy volume days.. unreliable

Its Market fraud. Dealer says they will provide customized services and trap the people to invest in junk stocks and don't lift the call once customer is in loses. There is no way to reach out them as well. Be aware of Kotak Securities.

Possibly the worst research team in India, how are they even surviving? do they read these comments here, everyone whom I have met with Kotak securities account says the same thing, one company can have one or two issues, they can have bad product or poor customer experience, or maybe high broking costs, but with Kotak you have all the above issues along with worst research calls in the industry. Extremely poor, NOT expected from a respected brand like Kotak.

Kotak Securities never responded, my issues are still pending, no support from bank. Very Very poor services. "Don't prefer this bank"

THEIR STAFF DONT KNOW THE BASIC OF SHAREMAKRKET . EVEN THE DIFFEERNCE BETWEEN NSDL AND CDSL . CAN YOU IMAGINE

They haven't reinvented themselves for the last 10 years, horrible research, their calls have simply gone downhill over last few years, compare their research and product to any full service broker and you'll know the difference, honestly, sack your research and get third party offerings which are much better than your team, also the product is bad, and most comments here make so much sense, I'm not even complaining about their brokerage, hope someone from their team reads these comments and some sanity prevails.

If you are reading this message, immediately leave the thought of opening Demat in Kotak Security. You will gain 200rs somehow, and you will pay charges of 1200rs a month!!

*Yearly AMC chargers is higher price
*Website, unless you r experienced in stock market your won't understand, kotak should improve its Website (atlest it should provide good graphics data to understandthe market/ stock )
*My overall experience, I had to always enter my password to enter , its good that I could remember it , but app interface I feel to exit at that very moment
