By reading all these, I decided not to join kotak.
it is strange that they don''t have simple intraday. its horrible. even their FAQs are not clear. also, I don''t see any my current brokerage anywhere in my account. strange.
kotak securities is relay very bad. they initially told mi brokerage rate 2/intraday and 20/delivery paise per 100. but when i trade it is not reality they charge more.
why they not cleared initially minimum 21/- clause. at the time of account opening.
i am moving to another brokerage firm please do not open account with kotak. very high brokerage rate.
worst company sab charges hidden hai pehle apko trading k liye securities ko pay karne hoge aur fir kotak bank ko yani agar aap 1000 rs ka value share lete ho to buy k liye 27+27 dene honge aur sell k 27+27 yani total 108 rs means aap 10.8 percent pay kar rahw ho
Kotak charges very high brokerages. When you contact customer care, they say visit your branch for brokerage details. They have also reduced prepaid brokerage plans! Too expensive...thinking of closing account
Kotak will make you fool if you directly go to them and ask for opening demat account and there customer support is very poor they will not tell you clear reply. They always reply that you have to go to branch for any thing you ask for. Ultimate bakwas. I am closing my account with them.
Even I have same problem. The worst customer support I have ever seen. No one is responding. Not even helping in the deactivation of this WASTE Demat account.
Dear Friends, Kotak minimum brokerage charge is Rs.21/- either it is delivery or intraday. I suggest management of kotak securites ltd. to remove this minimum charges of Rs.21/- immediately. nks

I am with kotak for the last 9 years, overall very disappointed with the service. Looking to move to ventura as the brokerages are reasonable and reaserach sms are provided.
I opened Offline Demat Account instead of online account.so i cant place an order.. the requested to agent convert to offline to online.. than he told i have close offline account than i have open fresh online account with account opening fees 750.00.. and he told if want to make an transaction online i should i have balance of 100000.00 or shares of this much amount...please suggest me
Lack of brokers trading knowledge, profitability very very low, I am not happy with this. I used this passed 4yrs my overall profitability ration is 5% out of 100%. very poor.
