I am a NRI using HDFC DMAT account, facing difficult to sell the shares since 28th October, informed my branch and still hearing it will be fixed soon even on 30/10/2020 1300 hours
Horrible full service brokerage firm without any service. I am moving out from HDFC securities. I sincerely request NOT to go for this.

Brokerage charge is very high.... It's stupid when there are other are providing it for free.... Pathetic experience with call centre people... Absolutely looting people in legal ways... No positives, You can much better platform with much lesser charges, Donot be fool to open accoutn with them, Their charge you most and their platform is worst most of the time down during impt trading times

I have used both. Zerodha is excellent in terms and user interface and customer care. HDFC portal still needs to be refreshed time and again to see the current rates. customer service of HDFC is at par with SBI

Very poor customer support and indifferent behaviour. Brokerage charged above the rates as published. Ex. Value of share 51.50 brokerage per share charged 1.30. Online queries are unanswered. Customer support is very very bad.
One of the worst broker in terms of customer service. Very Very arrogant attitude from HDFC securities..

Extremely high and inconsistent brokerage. Recently bought equity at INR 52.5 /share from NSE and there was a charge of INR 3.2/share. Sometimes that rate is approx 0.97/share !!

Very less knowledge acquainted staff , poor knowledge of IPO, SME ,less aware of current market scenario , knowledge of scripts , awareness about economical environment ...Everything is very poor . No proper staff training . Staff is busy grabbing policies ,ULIPs,etc...No sincerity towards client
