RM TOTALLY LIED. HE SAID BROKERAGE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM 18000 RS WHICH YOU GIVE FIRST TIME AND IT WILL RETURN AT THE END OF YEAR. TOTALLY CHEATING .
WRONG INFO.

VERY BAD SOFTWARE. RM TOLD ME THAT THERE IS MOBILE TRADING FACILTY BEFORE OPENING ACCOUNT... NO HE SAID THERE IS PROBLEM IN MOBILE TRADING .

INITIALLY RM TOLD ME 10 TIMES MARGIN WILL BE AVAILBLE IN FUTURE... NOW HE IS DENYING.

18000 WASTED ....WORST BROKER.

before referring to your friends ask for referral register to ur client code for referral amount .... just awareness .. or u lose the benefit ...... some one utilize ...

I came to know from my friend that ventura has no Mobile trading application, which they say in details seen in their site,
Is it true we cannot buy or sell share using mobile application as other broker provide,

Yes there is Mobile Trading application. you have to request ventura & they will send you a link that you have to open through any web browser on mobile & sometimes your mobile setting interfere with installation so you have to lower that security. After installation you have to open it with the password which these ventura fellows may send u. That''s all
I am using this for three months & nice experience

I am client of Ventura from last one year,
They don''t have any mobile trading app and even using web browser platform is also very horrible, most of the time you would not be able to login and it is almost 3-4 minutes behind the actual rates. without moyou can''t place order really worst.for placing the order first need to add in watch list then only you can buy or sell that stock.
The only one thing good is low brokerage nothing else.
One more thing call n trade is really horrible for one trade including calling time you have to spent at least 2-3 minute.

No doubt their services are good but the problem of client did not solve as yet there is something communication gaps

Don''t open a/c in ventura sec their server breaks down during peak hours ,so your order will not be executed during peak time also you would be exposed to unlimited risk if you cannot close your open position due to their server break down, their customer care is worst in this industry , they don''t respond to customer query, I lost Rs 1000 due to their server problem few times

Ya correct. This happens very frequently specially 3pm - 3:30pm

Their website & Trader terminal is not user friendly

Using ventura for three months under 0.1% delivery & 0.01% intraday brokerage plan. Fully satisfied with its brokerage but some drawbacks r also there & hope these fellows may improve them like :-
1. U have to pay for fund transfer from Banks Like SBI & Axis as I was told that the free service is for HDFC & ICICI bank only.
2. U cannot trade from next day of delivery as is possible in Monday to Friday Scheme of India Infoline
3. Their trader terminal is ok but India Infoline Trader Terminal is better.

Sir, I would like to tell u that the charges of fund transfer is taken by the banks, not by Ventura, and you can trade also from the next day of delivery by using the facility of Holding margin... and if we talk about software, so may be possible that IFL software is better than pointer but the feature provided in the pointer by Ventura is more attractive and beneficial if we it for day trading or delivery trading...

Thanks for your clearance regarding my views. Will u please clarify me about the fact that it is better to sell a stock till it is shown in demat A/C i.e DR Qty means if I purchase a stock on Monday , I have to wait till Wednesday evening as guided by Ventura fellows

Now ventura launched Mobile Application and now can trade on mobile. Application work good features also very nice so guys keep trading with ventura.

Do we get refund of brokerage each year as our plan
Or only in first year of opening account??

There is a provision in plan that there will be refund of 3500/- if the brokerage generated is more than or equal to 3500/- in one year. Here please clarify that whether this brokerage means pure brokerage (i.e. 0.2% or 0.03%) on traded amount or it is inclusive of brokerage + stamp duty + sebi charges + service taxes etc?

dear sir u need to pay advance brokerage in 1st yr only, from 2nd yr onword u can avail the same facilities without paying any advance brokerage

These refund policy of ventura securities is actually a way of fooling customers to get an account opening. The fact is they make money upfront and the customer stands to lose the initial payment.

For eg:
customer pays: rs.3500. the (relationship officer will say that it is a kind of advance brokerage) U will get back Rs.3500.

the customer then trades for one year and he will be charged for every trade seperately.

End of One year customer generates Rs.3500 as brokerage.
The total amount paid by him is Rs.7000. But he gets back only Rs.3500/-

Not worth it at all. many major brokerages charge low brokerage and provide a similar software but ventura makes fool out of a customer.

yes,they do charge an upfront package price which act as an bonus recharge as similar to mobile top-ups thats why we get such low brokerage from ventura & we do get the money back after we generate the same amount as brokerage,but after 1 yr we don''t have to pay any extra subscription price for the same brokerage plan.If you give them a healthy margin they will also reduce the brokerage to their last slab.

Hi, I am working with Veutura from 2011. Ventura is a very good broking company for its lower brokerage. I was Relationship Officer.

I think they have not skilled staff, having zero knowledge, They just try to get initial amount from the customer after getting cheque they forget everything. Response,Feedback are very bad. They are not having good coordination AMONG staff (Delhi-Mumbai) . I read many comments against this company. So Beaware before opening the account.

The worst experience i even had with any trading terminal was of ventura''s on top of their idiotic dealers at desk who never accept at first that termianl is down. And once faulty trades has happened at large, then they accept the down time. Client loose money on daily basis due to their terminal issues and un trained dealers.

Trading terminal provided by Ventura is full of bugs and their dealers are worst to deal with. They have zero sense of how to deal with customer. Ventura has list of ambiguous rules for trading. It has down time of terminal of more than an hour daily. Top of that you will come to know about issue with terminal after hours while you might have done some trades with faulty terminal in between. Their IT team gives solution of only uninstalling and reinstalling the terminal or restarting the computer. I mean are they living in 1990s ?
People never go for Ventura even if they offer at 0 brokerage.

for one 2 rupee share i have to pay 4 paise to buy and sell.i cant get profit 4 paise but ventura will do open pickpocket robbery while doing trade in such case. none to hear our complaint

IDO NOT KNOW MUCH ABOUT THE CHARGES, BUT THE VENTURA SOFT WARE NOT SATISFACTORY, IT HAS LOTS OF CONFUSIONS ,THERE IS NO CLARITY INTHE OVER ALL MISLEADING

hi friend i was open account 2010 but now in 2014 still working with them good and low brokerage as compere to others easy to understand for new comer to learn good pointer easy money transfer free so go for ventura1 and earn lots of more good luck

sunil,same is happened with me also,they promised me 02 paise per stock quantity if stock price is below Rs. 100/-.But they deducting 2 Rs. per.

Total lost money.
Contract notes,
buy 1500 quantity as a 0.45 per share.
as per 02 paise ventura1 wanted to deduct 30 rs.(1500*0.2/100=30).
But they really deducted 300/- means(1500*02/100=300).

I suggesting to all.. don''t go ventura1.

pls be carefull from ventura trades.
