I am client for Ventura from last one month but service is very poooooooor and pooooor.... I think I made mistake by choosing Ventura even hidden charges are very high..

Best service Ventura. Go for it it gives fantastic refundable plans ....best software....best call on trade ....really good one ...I am the only one person in my group using Ventura ...others using zerodha ,religare,sharekhan,.....they are also frustrated with slow service... They told me Ventura best....I can place orders by call on trade or in mobile app with in 20sec.......love it

I''m a new customer. During very short span of time, I find Ventura''s services are better amongst other brokers. Brokerate is low and any call during the day is picked-up and responded immediately. I hope, they should continue to achieve customer''s satisfaction at a faster rate!

I''m the existing customer, and Ventura is the best broker, and yes there are some problem in pointer / mobile software, but comparing to others, brokerage is very low. One side for Intraday and am with 0.01 and 0.10

trading with ventura is like sureshot way to loose money. i wanted to sell my holding but trade not getting executed only. server too slow.

worst of the worst broking hois ventura. last 15 minutes trades are not getting executed. all the time some or other problem going on. i have made a great mistake of trading with them. i am going to close my account in this week only.

Never go with Ventura commodities.

There is warst difference between demate and commodity services.

Ventura commodity services, informing you square off your possition.

However, Securities services are faithful. But it also can be happens.

I had a acoount with ventura past two years at chennai branch.They charge ver less brokerage Intraday: 0.01% selling side only , Delivery:0.1% and they provide mobile app also.Pointer software is really excellent. Charts in the software are really good.Dealer side support in chennai ventura is good.

Please dont fool people. Be it chennai or mumbai, service and support of Ventura is very very pathetic. Most importantly, there system hangs/stop responding when you want to trade from 3 - 3:30 i.e. the most important time. They require hefty margins in order to give that 0.1% brokerage but with other discount brokers there is no margin requirement.

Worst service ever... No port folio tracking. No news or results sharing. You finally remains in a black box :(

Brokerage of .35% for deliver and .05% for intraday. But for stocks less than Rs. 100 price, for intraday brokerage is 5 paise. So if you buy 1 share of Rs. 20, your intraday brokerage is 5 paise and not 0.05%. 5 paise on Rs. 20 i.e. .25% intraday is too much. And if you bought shares like Dr. datson labs which are good shares but price of Rs. 5 or 6, then intraday brokerage become .05paise/Rs. 5 = 1% !!!! Height is that they dont communicate this to the customers.

Website is very slow during the market opening hrs and market closing hrs.

Initially there were polite enough to respond on chat or email, but slowly they dont reply actively on chat also. As website dont work that effectively, so if you want to place order by chat, specially for squating off your intra day trade, they are not that active and serious to take a timely action.

They have no information of how to check ipo allotment status and instead say that "you will received sms once allotted"!

In case of divestment sale of shares of REC they were not aware of at what bid price is currently bid going and so at what bid price should one apply. They infact insisted that you apply on starting range of 315 only. And the finally the cutoff was 333!!!

They dont communicate if any right issue comes up, even if shares of that company are there in your portfolio.

Besides, they dont give recommendations for short term or intraday ( only 2 - 3 in 6 months).

And most importantly, they dont track your portfolio. Many of my shares fell 40% or more from peak, but no intimation and no info from their side.

So, if everything I have to manage myself then why am I with them? I should instead choose a discount broker so that atleast I will on brokerage and all this headache too as I will be knowing in first place that I have to do everything on my own.

Total loss becaof there negligence : around Rs. 1 Lakh 60 Thousand and that too when my input capital was only around 6 Lakhs.

I agree with you. I have also lost around 20000 becaof there negligence.

Whether any charge is there from ventura as Depository charges for selling of shares only as 0.04% or minimum 25 IRS. Presently IIFL is charging fore me

pleas do not open any account with ventura securities Bangalore branch, the dealer desk people are worthless, ruthless, knowledgeless CHEEP LADIES who will make ur money barbad and put on you only and say ur the responsible for your lost money

what about after 1 year for plan 3500 is there any amc , what are dp charges , is plan including service tax , stt ?

if within one ur access charge is not generated then u can request for another year. Secondly Annual maintenance charge is 420 but for first year is nil. thirdly in plan no service tax is included.

THEY DON''T GIVE ANY CALLS PAST 2-3 MONTHS.
ALSO DOSN''T GIVE ANY OUTLOOK ABOUT MARKET WEEKLY,MONTHLY.
NO RESEARCH REPORT ABOUT LONG, SHORT IN ANY SCRIPT..

For past three month, I am not receiving any tips on stock or equity share,

Ventura Securities Ltd is a very good professional firm. No irritating calls, no force to buy or sell. No junk calls. Very competitive brokerage. Trading terminal is good. As it is a pure traders heaven, techonology wise they are bit laid back. Backoffice site fails more often than not. Reports are complex and can''t be customised. Basket Orders are not possible. GTC is not possible. BTST is not possible. Mobile Trading is not available. But good over the phone support. Overall the best trading firm I have ever worked with.

their cusmtomer service is not good, my relationship officer''s phone is always switched off. when i try to call ventura help care all they do is forward call to each other and at then end asks me to call my branch no. and when i call branch that phone always comes busy! great isnt it.
