Had a very bad experience with motilal Oswal mutual fund,when I phoned their helpline for redemption status was told not to phone on helpline but to send a mail to their customer care,, unfortunately the reply received to my mail was that the mail is not from my registered mail id ,, other'fund houses reply to mails instantly or give redemption status on their helpline,,,this fund house is not at all investor friendly,their care representatives lack customer friendly approach, never shall invest in this fund house

Very bad service, They insisted a lot on me at a seminar to attend and put my shares up for sale and I never gave permission, I always said no because I was leaving the country, the girl told me to give her a code but I didn't explain why I didn't say OTP either. She told me a code for something and I gave it to her but she never explained to me that my shares were going to be sold and now they sold it and they are not returning my money and I sent a cancellation but they cut off my money from another month and they still haven't canceled me , joining motilal oswal is the worst thing you can do, only do it if you want to see your money in the water

हम भी आपकी तरह परेशान हैं और हम आपकी बात का समर्थन करते हैं। ये महाभ्रष्ट, बेईमान और धोखेबाज कंपनी है।इनके सलाहकार सबके बाप हैं।हमने सेबी ,MCX,NSE, PMO, उपभोक्ता मंत्रालय, वित्त मंत्रालय और Arbitration में भी शिकायत कर चुके हैं। लेकिन वही ढांक के तीन पात वाली कहावत है‌,जो बिल्कुल सही है।केवल कंपनी की ही सुनी जाती है और कंपनी द्वारा प्रस्तुत जाली दस्तावेजो के आधार को सही मानकर फैसला करते हैं। हमारे पास कंपनी के खिलाफ Fake EKYC और जाली दस्तावेज भी है। जो कंपनी को भृष्ट साबित करने को काफी थे।

I opened DeMAT account with Motilal Oswal on the advise of one well wisher and friend. I had deposited Rs. 15 lakhs. The adviser told that he would transfer to another adviser whose name is Praveen who was incompetent. He indulged in F&O trading with telephonic permission. Went on booking losses and totally I lost Rs. 8.5 lakhs of hard earned money. No senior is tracking the portfolio. He also invested in currency and again lost money. Any F&O should be accompanied by hedging and stop loss . We depend on experts who are appointed by the broker company. The adviser was incompetent and his senior had no feeling that I have lost money. I do understand that F&O trading is risky and that is the reason we take the broker as adviser. But it is the company and its whole higher ups and hierarchy lack the responsibility. No response at all from any one. Overall very bad experience with MOSL. I wish that someone from MOSL will reply and also compensate by additional actions. This was in FY 2022-23

Motilal Oswal is bakwas. Don't open account with them and entertain them for anything . The whole people in the organization are fake . They dont have any knowledge about trading or options. they only try to take brokerage from you.

Bakwas company, dont ever trade through them, dont waste your hard earned money on this company, they spend your money as if they got it free (somewhere on road), they are looters, they only care for their fees, whether customer gains or losses non of their concern...

they work like the MET dept of India who predicts rain by looking at the sky, today it will rain, tomorrow it wiil, today it wont.. same way MO guys predict whether it will fall or rise...

Motilal Oswal is really a fraud company they have made my investments to zero they are biggest cheater and fraud that they have made my investments to zero my hard earned money for my old age has is lost i completely. Motilal Oswal a big fraud company. One can't even withdrawal his/her own money from them fully. Even after charging brokerage on every trade (Delivery - Buy & Sell) they charge additionally(Rs. 41.40 as DP TRANSACTION Charges) on every sell. Overall no one is there to respond for complaints. There is no as such department for Customer Service / grievance. They have just given the target to their employees to open the Accounts. And, later on other department keeps on calling for different trade and services. (Currency, Commodity, F&O, other advisory services etc.) . As and when they want they will deduct the client money as they are having it with them.

THEY ALSO COMPEL THE CUSTOMERS TO AGREE FOR INTRA DAY OR POSITIONAL TRADES IN DERIVATIES SO THAT THEY GET MORE BORKERAGE AND COMMISSION. THEY RECOMMEND UNWANTED TRADES TO THE CUSTOMERS BUT THOSE TRADES WILL ONLY BENEFIT THEM. IF YOU NEED A RELIABLE SERVICE TO EARN GO WITH BENARMSTRONG-TRADES, YOU DONT NEED DPING ANALYSIS, WITH COPY TRADING AND THE ACCOUNT MANAGERS YOU ARE SURE TO EARN, UNLIKE MOTILSL THAT GIVES YOU WRONG ADVICES
