The Other charges are very high , and we talk to agent than the other charges become lower and only genuine charges are applicable now 1. Securities Transaction Tax (STT) (.1 for delivery and .025 for intraday only for (sale+purchase)/2 value) 2. Exchange Transaction i.e. Rs 325 per Crore for equity intraday/delivery at NSE) 3. SEBI Rs 15 per Crore) 4. GST (18% on Brokerage + Exchange Transaction Charges) 5. Stamp Duty (State wise ) , In Delhi (.01 for delivery and .002 for intraday)
Brokerage charges are quite expensive. Usability and customer service is good. Need to improve further to become more user friendly by reducing brokerage and helping its traders and investors(users).

Terrible service and arrogant people to deal with. I have been trying to close my 3 in 1 account with Kotak Securities and Kotak Bank since last 4 1/2 months with no success. They simply do not respond and are extremely reluctant to close the accounts. I will never recommend anyone to open accounts with them.

I totally agree with you.Worst customer service as the agents lack product knowledge and One has to repeatedly be after them to email you the las year''s financial statements in order to file your IT returns.Brokerage too is high.
No other word suits to them. As it is a unfaithful company. who only know how to eat up your money. Company have no ethics towards their customers poor customer care department and most poor branches. Totally unfaithful company.

Too much maintenance charges, sometimes sudden deduction , poor customer service, always try to fool you interested of providing solution. Mobile app is very user-friendly.
