5 PAISA.COM is real cheat.They r very inprofessional after repeatedly requesting its Relationship manager for providing me with the proper services, he has a late back attitide. he never does my work on time. i feels he keeps sleeping the whole day in his office. It is worse working with him. My first experiece is so pathetic i dont know how will i proceed further.

Thanks the creators of this website.The cheating story of all online trading(I would call online cheating)will be exposed.Here the story of 5paise.com is exposed.I had already exposed cheatings of kotaksecurities.com.I request all to give their views.

It is worst service in india.Never think to apply.IPO strips donot appear on the day of listing.Appear only when it people forget this listing.No person to hear you after accepting cheque.It will make you mad.

5paisa.com are cheater. i have open an account @ 555/- rs. after that they debited rs. 8000/- advance brokerage.

With regards to your mail, please note the sum of Rs.8000/- debited in your account is the Renewable Membership Yearly Scheme opted by you for the online trading which is TT Advance software.

The brokerage that is generated(depending on the scheme) would be credited to your account at the end of the expiry or once the amount is utilized whichever is first since the calculations would be done on daily basis. This reversal will be maximum to the extent of the amount of SLF charged after adjusting for service tax.

i got a DP account password, PIN and TPIN mailer.

very poor custmor service...i had requested for sending passward through writing request...i have to fax a letter for 6 times...they don't find the letter !! while i m getting fax transmission report O K ALL THE TIME !!!My fax machine is not at all faulty as it is used for daily routine basis..!!I had talk with cusmor relation ofiicer for 12 times , every times i got different person online !!!I experence very bad service .. i stayed only becoz my brockrge is .25%..!!1

I am a user of www.5paisa.com, but unable to open the market watch.. plz. give adivice, IN FAQ, they are saying "the customer is unable to communicate via proxy/firewall server to our Feed Servers, for which the client side proxy/firewall setting needs to be changed. " but i don't know how to change the same. i am using window xp. plz. help.

DO NOT APPLY FOR IPO THRU INDIAINFOLINE

I had applied for a ipo thru theri link indiainfoline.com/ipo and i got even a confirmation e-mail. I thought that there was no problem. But after 13 days for checking my application status i have called the indiainfoline ipo section in Mumbai, they told me that my ipo application was not processed. Do u know the reason that was given?
"money got transferre to their account, but they could not identify which client has applied and bcz of power problems they had it"
It is such a reliable software they are maintaining, even after that, at least i should get an e-mail that it was not processed properly, had i got it, i would have consulted customer care 5paisa.

ALL SECURITIES IS NOT GIVEN GOOD SERVICES,BUT INDIA INFOLINE THEY R INPROVING TO GIVE GOOD SERVICE COMPARE TO OTHERS

I am from tamilnadu and using Trader Terminal. I used no other than this. But 5 paisa Trader terminal is more than enough for me. Execution is instant.

Service is OK. Borokerage is nominal/reasonable. Wide choice of Banks. No Demat AMC. I dont use their online tips nor my RM gives me any tips.

I am using Margin funding. They have charged Rs.250 one time fee. I am using Investor Terminal and speed is good. But I still feel the old application for Investor Terminal was good.

I would really recommend. Indiainfoline should consider to roll back to their old Investor terminal Application as that had more features except the speed.

5paisa is a very unprofessional online trading house..i suffered a loss of rs 5000 due to them,and they are not even
replying to my mail,when even their relationship manager(rm)
is accepting their mistake but he says he can't do anything.
actually i had purchased shares thru 5 paisa and the next day in the morning i transferred the funds from my bank account to 5 paisa,but they sold the shares without my consent,even though the money was transferred long ago.
i suggest go to icicidirect..brokerage is high but they are professional and in my 6 yrs of trading i have still not
suffered any blunder like 5 paisa.

In 5Paisa it not give facility to own clint Sell/Buy facility in night or open time market other than sharekhan facilitate this facility, you are sell/Buy rate option in night. Then market is open then at a instant time your share is sell/Buy. Then you earn more profit.

hi..I am gujarat based client of indiainfoline.. i have had done trading with indiainfoline and have noticed that not too many peoople are satisfied with 5paisa.com bcoz they give lot of intraday calls and that ends up with more brockerage and less profit to customers. If some dependent upon there calls then they will be loosing money.. and i am agreed with the RAJAT AGRAWAL that indiainfoilne dont give dividend honestly they are quite interested in eating customers money.. these days they have started new schemes and without informing customers they also debit their a/c.

on the otherhand their software is good and fast. but altimately one has to earn money..not to loose. very few [people i heard make money with indiainfoline..

I am based in Mumbai and am trading thru their online trader Terminal since last 3 yrs. Excellent software, good speed, immediate trade execution/confirmation and importantly their servers are never down. They allow to trade in each and every scrip irrespective of it being in T2T or "Z" category. Their intra day calls are so~so. They dont provide any special research report to customers.

On the negative side : you can view only intraday chart. So you dont have access to moving averages, MACD etc.
The biggest problem with 5paisa is getting the dividend money. Since most of times they keep your shares in their pool account due to margin funding, you have really follow up hard with them to get the dividend money. Since last 3 yrs I am complaining them to improve their system to automatically credit the dividend money to respective customers... but seems they are more interested in eating customers dividend money...as most of retail investor wont be claiming or aware of their dividend.

But since overall their service is ok and I personally track the dividend thing I am bit satisifed with them and would rate them 7 out of 10.
