Can minors apply to an ipo ?

A minor is eligible to apply in an IPO if one have a demat account and to open a demat account, one needs to have a PAN card. Under normal circumstances, a minor will not be issued a PAN card because he does not earn. But on the behalf, the guardian can apply in name of minor.

I HAVE TRADING AC OR DEMAT AC OF MINOR , PLEASE SUGGEST I HAVE SUBMIT FORM TO BANK. PLEASE ADVICE

AS the demat a/c and pan no can be obtained in minor name on behalf of guardian,the guardian can apply in name of minor.
