If you are new to IPOs and would like to invest in one, here are few things you should do-

  • Start by investing in a mainline IPO. In a mainline IPO, the minimum application amount is low (around Rs 14000) in comparison to a SME IPO where the minimum application amount is over Rs 1 lakh.

  • You would need a demat account to apply for an IPO. You can get a demat account from any SEBI registered broker.
