What is the procedure to withdraw from an IPO?

You can withdraw an IPO application within the bidding period. To withdraw an application, go to the order book, select the IPO and withdraw. The blocked money will be released in a day or two.

In case the online option is not available to cancel your bid for IPO shares, please contact the broker or bank, through which you have applied in the IPO.

I have applied for 5 application through PNB ASBA and amount for the same lien status-lien marked, NSE status- pending, withdrawn status-Withdrawn. So please confirm me when the lien amount will release and if the lien amount will not release before closing date of IRCTC then can I again apply for all the 5 application again through pnd ASBA or by some other bank.

Can we reapply after withdrawing application for an IPO, within the same bidding period.?

You need to fill up withdrawal form before allocation of shares done and post it to registrar of the issue . refund will be given to you .
once allocation is done after that you can not apply for withdrawal.

Inform your syndicate/subsyndicate member (to whome the bid form has been submited) about it and write a letter to Registrar to the issue (please make a hand delivery/ fax it).

You can also make a stop payment for your cheque... if the same is not cleared.
