Yes, you can apply in an IPO on Sunday if you are applying online via ASBA. The facility allows you to subscribe for IPO on any day, any time during the application window. The window starts at 10 am on Day 1 and closes at 4pm on the last day of window. However, your IPO application will be processed the next working day. So, please make sure that you have enough time for your application to be processed.
