Fyers customer service is pathetic. i have open the account with them and provided all the necessary documents still they are not enabling CNC orders. I have raised this issue multiple times with support@fyers.in , they asked us to call sales person and close the ticket with out resolution The customer sales assigned to me not even pick my phone and reject it.
Charges lot of deductions and cannot acces the bills in app always need to login through computer based website to access our account deductions. Very poor in trader convinience.

Ive used Fyers for about 1.5 years now. Only once I had problems with order placement. That too was solved over phone. So overall happy with my experience. Their GUI based trading experience is simply fantastic. Not aware of any other broker providing such experience.

In trading what u need at the EOD? ya its profit after all, that one beginner even with zero knowledge can get regular basis in FYERS only. My spouse uses FYER ONE desktop, it has at least 7 great Indicators, thats it, u can get which sector, sectorwise stocks, Indexes, scanners what more u need!! and above all 20x exposure in BO & 9x to 16x exposure in MIS intraday - its enough to get DAILY 10% MIN PROFIT if not more, & NO1 can gv in India a FREE PLATFORM like this, Zerodha BOGUS NEST giving daily losses, no clue for entry, I hp FYERS IN 2020 ONWARDS LL BE OF 10 MILLION MEMBERS
Amazing Trading platform, price proper matching with nse ,charting reading platform is very excellent, one of the best benefit with fyers they have 2 years back data of Future chart history

Flyers is amazing discount brocker. No one is like that in this time.it's trading platform is just amazing.it will beat to zerodha just in future regarding to clients.
I am their client for now more than one year. Shifted from Zerodha due to frequent problems from Zerodha technical glitches. Below are my observations....
1. Fyers platform is very stable as compared with Zerodha ( as I shifted for this major purpose) they have no problem in every event and all volatile trading sessions ... which I seen in this one year.
2. 30 days challenge this is one thing its really worth trying Fyers ... if one is succeefull then they refund the Brokerage full and no upper cap. I received my brokerage all 5 times I won the challenge in a Row. This is really a great thing to make trader habit of making profit.
3. They listen to you ...their CEO and Team is very responsive to the queries and questions asked... though sometimes they make little delays .. but its OK for me...
4. And now they have got their Own License of DP for which I was waiting for as they were providing earlier IL&FS demat which was a little risky.
5. Their platforms web, PC and mobile all are good ... though I rarly use PC platform.. I use Web and Mobile. So one can go with them

As per my experience of 12-13 months with them, I never faced any critical issue so far. Customer support is as per the expectation and 30-day challenge is a very nice initiative by them. I have only opened an only trading account as they have a tie-up with some third party for demat account. The exceptional thing about them is there web platform powered by the Tradeingview. :)

they don't have own dp account second AMC is high compare to other discount brokerage debt charge also high 25.to 30 rupees

Mobile app screener is good for selection of stock, charts is extremely excellent, but open slowly, customer services are friendly. The best emerging discount broker. Mobile app hasn't direct link to Thematic investment, pages open slowly.
They''ve got the best trading platforms like Fyers Web which is backed by TradingView.com Another important thing is I''m very impressed with the customer support, moreover their CEO Mr.Tejas replies promptly to any social media platforms so they are more customer-centric.
