As per my experience of 12-13 months with them, I never faced any critical issue so far. Customer support is as per the expectation and 30-day challenge is a very nice initiative by them. I have only opened an only trading account as they have a tie-up with some third party for demat account. The exceptional thing about them is there web platform powered by the Tradeingview. :)
