very bad experiance with motilal oswal ...customercare is stupid there server are always down ,go with them at your own risk

Hallo Sir, I have applied for DMAT Account on 19th September, but till now i am not getting any information about my DMAT. I want to know status of my DMAT Account. Please do the needful.

i ve opened an demat ac with sbi jodhpur park br.kolkata and u ve given me the client code ESBI213680 on27 08 09,but till date i ve not received the password from ur end.i ve ring mr.moitra at kolkata for about 50 times,at ur customer service centre on today and at sbi for so many times but not received any positive response.pl.do something,i need the help of higher authorities of motilal oswal.i will be waiting for ur mail.

motilal oswal big name, but they have a big flaw in their infrastructure. suppose, somebody have an online trading account with their franchisee and while trading users internet get down at that time franchisee is not in position to square off the positions for this user is bound to call their big dealing located in mumbai by STD.
user has to pay STD CHARGES.
no local charges phone in their big dealling room.
Iwant to suggest OSWALS to sort it out this problem other wise they will loose their business.
better, if they will start "squaring off" system at their FRANCHAISEE END.

i am having a demat account and trading a/c with motilal oswal .this account is operated by one franchise outlet of motilal in Ratu Road. I find charges are higher but says negotiable. I wish to operate the account without help of outlet for better timing in trading . suggest

I have demate account with MOST,Iwants to know regarding brokareg, How many charged for purchase for 1= intraday, 2=on delivery, 3=annual maint charge of account, 4=charges onselling of stock.

I have a trading a/c with you, my client no. is ESBI208885 in the name of Sunita Singh.after opening the said a/c to till yet, I have not given any application to MOSLregarding change my e-mail Id.
But after calling with your customer service talked to Mr. Irfan he said that our deppt recieved a letter regarding this,although i have not send. please send the soft copy of this fake application and correct my mail id with you as EARLIER,PROMPT ACTION IN THIS REGARD IS HIGHLY APPRECIATED.

i have opened a demat account in sbi to trade with motilal oswal,have received delivery instruction booklet.what i suppose to do next

debit instruction & transaction right have been confirmed vit bank but ven v transfer money it gives msg that ebroking registration is not done. so pls help us wat to do?

Guys who are frehsers i suggest avoid this one ..........
its has a lot of loopholes

1. NO proper advices
2. The online trading is very very poor
3. We need to choose only one mode of trading i.e Online/ Offline

let me know the charges of Rs 6 have been dedect in SBI demat account when i sell the stock from DP , which is per trasiction. what is the charges pl. Explaion
