While placing the order from the ANT app the values different and can't believe its happening. It's a kind of fraud. The customer care is really worst I've ever seen such a bullshit response from the support team . the guy named Arul (TL) literally scolding the customers and he is not even eligible to work in the fish market. Even the other executives telling that he is doing this to everyone we can do anything because working there for long how the hell poor management people let this happen.

Worst customer service i ever faced.They think that they are government officers. they don't even care your issues or concerns.Especially ERODE branch. There are some hidden charges too .Be careful with this ----.

Everytime you deposite/PayIn in AliceBlue platform they will charged Rs.12/-. When we are transfering money from UPI then majority of service providers didn't charge anything and charts updation was very poor, every morning I have to choose indicators and update the page even if its SAVE, every now and then we have to refersh the software which was very poor, these are dislike points from my side.

One of the most unprofessional brokerage service provider in India. There is no support team in place, they cancel your stoploss orders, dont let you close your positions, and this happens every month. If you want to complain, no one listens, the manager gunashekahr is a rogue, overall i lost money due to their incompetency. They are total bunch of losers.

i requested for close my trading account and also sent sign copy of closure form, up to date no reply, if you want to open account then they call you and reply back you.

While account activation received so many calls but after that no call, if u will they will not answer u r queries and they will disconnect u r calls.
