Worst Customer care. I had trading account with GEOJIT Malleshwara Bengaluru branch. They cannot even handle 3 mutual funds of mine and i had to dash to their Branch around 10 - 12 times just to get my mutual funds redeemed. And even after cancellation, i get alerts for ECS.

Jerks.. My advice: please dont open account with Geojit.

Did u given cancellation form and do u have receipt of cancellation

Transparency, standard and reliable personnel. Has no hidden charges at all.Highly cooperative and caring. Have branches instead of brokers or franchisees.
But,a few virtues they have to adapt.1)Annual revised mentainance charge scooped to 750/-.this is high.2)Delivary brokerage should be lessened from.3%.3)Mobile trading app.should get standardized and updated 5)STBT ,BO and CO should be initiated.Thank you,I love always GEOJIT simply Great!

Staff very approachable and customer friendly service. charges are reasonable compared to other full time broking companies. No hidden costs 0.30% for equity delivery and 0.03% for intraday. I don't trade in F & O. I am their customer since two years at Hyderabad and quite happy with their services.

I m hvng life's worst experience of investing in mutual funds from ur platform geojit u cnt stop my monthly payment in one time HV gvn signed form thrice in ur thane majhiwada branch n mulund west branch still hvng same issues frm last 3months ur employees parvin frm thane & Divya frm mulund HV not able to stop such small request
Ths employees are good for nothing specially ur employee pravin no knowledge no communication cnt even receives customers call
Will never suggest geojit to any one & still employees r not calling and gvng service fr stopping bus waiting whn I should come and ask.

Most customer personnel are not well trained. Everyday trading recommendation is below average I.e., below 25% may be correct. Mobile online trading is always a problem because of the inefficiency of their technical team. Complaints or grievances are not entertained.

I have Trading account with geogit, from my experiece service is very poor and cheating NRI customers by taking more brokerage. While opening account i was convinced that delivery brokerage(cash Segment) is only .30%, same was there in application form also. But while starting trade transaction without geojit customer care center, begin to cut .50% as brokerage. when i was complained, what reply i got from them is we are charging from nri customers like this. I didnt seen anywhere they mentioned in their website this special charge for nri customers. Thinking of changing broker as early as possible.Be cautious of such cheating, especailly NRI''''''''''''''''s.

I will see if they charge for me the same .5% . May be they charge 0.3% only for those who complaints.

At present their brokerage for NRI customer is 1% (0.75%+0.25% tax ). Also AMC for DP 2000 RS

Pros- Full time broker which provides research reports, intraday trading recommendation, IPO recommendation and rating , smooth fund transfer through BHIM UPI. It has branches where staffs are cooperative.

Cons- very high brokerage which eats your earned profit heavily!

DP maintenance AMC 2000 RS + Brokerage almost 1%. many other hidden charges for SIP account customers

Geojit Brokerage too high 1%
I took trading account with Geojit reading your comparition chart and brokerage charges on thier site. As against advertised they are taking 1% ( 0.75% brokerage + taxes). Please update the same in your site are prevent investers from being cheated. I have many invoice to send you as proof.
