I'm experienced trader. I have used many Full-Service broker for trading. Only, ABML is satisfied to me. Fees structure is very beautiful & reasonable. There are many awesome plans. You can choice any of them. 5Yrs. free AMC, Lifetime free AMC, Flat rate etc. plans are exist in ABML. Their Apps is also nice. GTC/GTT tools is not here. If you want to take RM facility, then please avoid ABML. There are no RM facility. Research quality is very high. ABML provides very transparent Financial statement. No hidden cost is shown in my Fin. Statement last 6 years. Customer Support is not very good during the time of COVID-19. In spite of this, I always prefer ABML as a Full-Service broker.

Not only is their inhouse research BAD, but so is their offering Market mojo, red green lights..lol.. absolutely ridiculous, they're able to provide customer support because they have NO Customers HAHAHA... Stop wasting your time and money in such brokerage houses, my honest suggestion - Zerodha is the best discount broker, IIFL is the best full service broker. And if you need any additional third party advisory products, try Sensibull, Livstock, Smallcase, MarketSmith India, SwingTrader etc.. Marketsmojo is a J O K E..

I had such good expectations when I started off, but all that "Aditya Birla" image went for a toss during my first few trades itself. I personally have 4 trading accounts, sadly Aditya Birla is the worst of the lot, the entire product experience is shoddy, their analytical tool offering is a joke, they offer no such third party products either, my other two accounts with IIFL & 5Paisa offer a host of third party research products that makes investment feel joyous, my 4th and oldest account is with Motilal and I'm super happy with them as well. I'll probably close this account with Birla. Again, Aditya Birla Money is a JOKE of a broker.

Really.....I use Aditya Birla and zerodha.....I felt good as investor where I need an RM ... For me better than ILFS.... espically third party offering of marketmojo.

The Apps & Website Usability is awesome. The Chart type us very clear both Mobile Apps & Website. Lots off tool & features are exist for trading. RM facility is not so good. In spite of this, ABML is very suitable full service broker for traders & investors.

Worst in brokerage . They charge you 4 times more then other brokers.

Useless, hopeless, third class, worthless and dormant customer care executives and services
Had a very bad experience in customer service and for changing the brokerage plans. Upon submission of closing the account , people are calling else no proper service response.

Absolutely pathetic experience, absolutely zero customer service, absolutely bad platform, they seem to have outsourced their research as well, my suggestion is rather than further ruining the brand bame of Birla, u must shut down

The entire product, from trading software to addon services provided by Birla Money is pathetic, expected a better product experience considering it was Birla but it's garbage, honest advice, NOT to consider ABM for trading.

Poor service, lack of customer friendly approach, worst guidance on any issue of service either the change of mobile or change of bank or change of address, they change the stand by every staff as they feel, no standard procedure
