Platform is very slow and lot of bugs. Company is interested in auto debit of various charges. Not heeding to complaints of clients.

Worst brokerage firm ever. No care about the customer. No call back . Too much brokerage charges So many times axis direct app facing challenges. When we called customer care the caller suddenly disappeared they don't have manners to call back. So many thing etc etc !!! Guys! I have done biggest mistake to joined this brokerage firm. I could join other discount broker ???

in Brokerage & Overall support found very bad. I had traded on 30.03.2020 & 01.04.2020 and unable to verify the amount which was deducted by bank. And not body in the Bank clarify the same.

Reaseach and recommendations good. But the platforms is very clumsy and at time goes hang.

I had to close their dmat account and transfer to another dmat provider. But they keep on delaying its been almost a year, still they did not close. Too much of returns for so much of reasons, Axis Bank and Axis Securities are separate entities, and so they wont co-ordinate etc. Its too costly to maintain Axis account (10k min balance) or 75 k for 20rs trading. And then you have yearly charger, .5% brokerage otherwise etc.
Their research calls seems ok and for that i will give a plus.

Axis direct has an internal "risk control" unit which never commincates with the client but based o the information of the clients it sets limits by itself for the client to trade. So for exampe if the risk control unit thinks that a client A has a profile where it should not trade in let's say the stock of Force motors, then it will automatically built in a check wherein the client will not be able to trade in Force motors even his/her research says its a good stock and wants to put in money. Also the so called risk control unit can creates limits. For example for a client A they can create lets say for Reliance chemotex a limit of 500 share so the client will not be allowed to trade anything more than 500 shares even though the clients wants to put more money. And all this is done by a handful of executives whose identities are never known to the client and the trading platform never takes any client consent for doing so. And if you are stuck somewhere in the trade the client support is horrible, you cannot reach anybody beyond the front line executives, most of whom are recent college pass outs, even though you are loosing money in tons.

Compare to other trading platform, Axis Direct web on line trading platform required lots of modification! May be only good for bigness but for daily traders, improvement required

Very bad, You need to monitor a lot in the ledger to find out all other charges
Brokerage - Flat 20/- (if you choose one India plan with monthly charges of 250/- if your non axis bank) if your axis 3 in 1 account for this brokerage you need to average balance of 75000/- quarterly in your axis bank account
Account Maintenance Fees - Average (400+18%GST) yearly
Pledge of Shares: Worst, Very High Charges based on the % of shares value
Website Usability - Worst. I couldn't describe in words how bad the website
Customer Service - Okay (Long waiting)
Overall Experience - Below Average
Payout Request/Money Withdraw: Worst ,Non axis account holders need to call customer care for money withdrawal request
Advantage : Pledged shares can be used to for option selling / futures trading with out 50:50 collateral + cash requirement.
