What happens if I do not get any shares but my money remains blocked when applying IPO through UPI?

Same for me also while applied for GR infrastructure, the payment got failed and I still not received the amount.
I called bank and broker, both are blaming each other. Don't know what to do
Can anyone help regarding this.

I applied for zomato IPO for 3 lots. i got only one lot but my whole ammount is on hold.
money did not get deduct from my account but still i got the one lot but my whole ammount is on hold this is weird situation. dont know what to do.. and no one is listening..everyone is saying contact your bank, bank is saying i dont know, broker is saying i dont know, upi person are saying we dont know..saare mil ke pagal bana rahe hain kutte....

Your amount will be unblocked when the validity period of mandate is over. Check your upi app (if paid by upi) for validity period.

The bank puts an unnecessarily long lien on our amounts resulting in extensively delayed unblocking. You may need to follow up continuously with them until they release it.

I didn't receive my mandate money back for both Burger King and Mrs. Bector, I have run to the bank, mailed to all possible nodes, called up all relevant call centre numbers, yet I didn't get my funds unblocked, my bank is SBI and Zerodha broker and UPI app- Google pay. Do you think I should escalate to SEBI?

I am facing the same issue in IPO of Kalyan jewellars. I mandated through G Pay.
Now when i am talking to bank he is telling to contact Google pay and when i talked to google pay he is asking to contact bank. I am stucked in between its almost more than a month. my m oney is still not unblocked.

Hello friends , my money was also blocked in nazara ipo , easy trip ipo and anupam rasayan IPO . I complaint today and tommorow in bank branch head office through mail or call and our money unblocked within one hour. It is not a work of bank branch but is work of bank branch head office because we apply IPO through system UPI app which is controlled by head office of bank branch.

for my case SBI head office means Mumbai head office or state head office in which i am living .Please answer this
