What if I by mistake decline the UPI collect request to block funds for IPO?

My ipo mandate got rejected by mistake, I applied in hni category, and now I can't cancel my application. How do I re-initiate my ipo mandate ?

I applied for an ipo from upstock but upi manadate didn't came so, I again applied for that ipo from a different demat acount of mine where I got the upi mandate and i approved, but i didn't cancel the application of upstock neither I approved any other manadate please say will i get the allotment.

Dear All,
I had mistakly done a UPI Mandate with icici to my Axis upi ID and due to this my amount is blocked. It has been 3 months approx. I contact with bank but no solution. My amount is still blocked. There is showing 4 expired mandate and one rejected.
Now how can I get my money back.
Please help
