I applied 4 times and every time transaction get failed, and my balance get blocked each time..
Now I don't have balance to apply what should do, how can I unblock ??

Pls help if found the solution. I checked the bank but they are asking to check with share broker.
Transaction failed many times but amount blocked from bank account
