What if my amount is blocked twice for a single IPO request using UPI?

Hello,

I applied for the TATA TECH IPO ( for one lot for 15000) and a lot share was allotted to me. Due to allotment, 15000 was deducted from my account (Bank of Baroda) on 01-Dec-2023. There is no problem till now, everything is fine.

Now today (10-Jan-2024) again my account is deducted with 15000 for the TATA IPO why? can you any idea why my account is debited with 15000 again after approximately 1 month of applying for IPO.
Please suggest me where i can raise complaint about this.

My amount has been deducted today for cello ipo which was deducted before also as allotment was allotted please help me what to do to get refund

Same thing happened with me for One 97 and Rolex ring ipo, Autopay was done from phone pay, now its showing expire. I went to bank they said the amount was not debited at that time. I remembered that same was blocked and minus the same amount from account but did not get any deduction message.
Can any one please tell me the process of refunding the amount.

Thank you devarasettyanudeep for your prompt reply. Actually I am facing issue with Paytm ipo and Rolex ring both. For paytm money was deducted on 3rd march and rolexring on 14th march. I didn't get any refund amount yet.
Today I create a ticket in SEBI.
Do you know any other process to get the refund amount?

I bought ABSLAMC ltd, i bought 20 shares for 712 each shares and total was 14240 rupees, money was debited from my account after i was alloted shares, but again the same amount (14240) has been blocked. Pls help to unblock that amount also pls help how can I solve the issue.

My money was also deducted twice for windlas, i mailed linkintime with screenshot of debited amount and called them afterwords to escalate.
My money was credited within 24 hours. Hope this helps
