What happens if I get partial allotment for IPO applications through UPI? Will my money be unblocked for the remaining shares?

I have been alloted partial shares in IPO, but even after listing of share, amount is still blocked in my account.
What to do?

I didn't not receive remaining amount, 1 lot listed, instead of applied 4.

I applied for 3 lot in IPO and got allotment of 1 lot. Amount is deducted of 3 lot what is the process of getting refund?

I got IPO the allotment but the amount which was blocked was not debited due to bank's technical error. What will happen to my shares that has been allocated to me??

Same happen to me today. If you got any answer till now tell me. My amount didn't pay which was block due to bank technical issue but new amount deducted after allotment. That amount is still showing block
