How do I file complain to SEBI for IPO refund issues and IPO allotment related issues?

For IPO investors having difficulties receiving IPO refund or IPO allotment and registrar of IPO not responding, SEBI introduced an online complain management system.

Click here to file complaint with SEBI.

Please note: Before filing complain with SEBI, make sure that you have tried contacting registrar of the IPO for allotment or refund related problems. Registrar of the IPO is responsible for processing IPO applications. This includes allotment and refund processing. The issuer company, lead manager or broker are not responsible for this and should not be contacted for the same.

I have had the same issue with UTI. My amount got blocked twice & today I received the msg saying, "UPI-Mandate Registration failed on UPI due to RESPAUTHMANDATE EXPIRED"

Maybe we can wait till the allotment date which is 7th October.

I applied for 1 lot and allotted. Amount was deducted on 29.09.2020 but on 1.10.2020 amount is again deducted so the amount deducted 2 times and allotment done for 1. what should I do? anybody faced the same issue.

Guys I just contacted registrar office. They told me that IPO refund will be initiated before 9th of oct 2020 which not good sign. Before or after IPO mandate expired I didi not get exactly what does that mean. But amount will be get initiated before 9th oct.

Same here, and i researched some more on this and found out that one of the reason could be that since the staff is working with limited capacity, and back end work requires more manpower due to which this could have happened. And as per some more research we should get the allotment in our account by tomorrow. Else we will need to raise the issue with the Registrar and the file complaint with SEBI for refund of the amount.
